NJGT Masters Champion 2021?

About the Northern Junior Golf Tour Masters 2021

The NJGT Masters is our new initiative aimed at junior golfers aged 18 years and under who would like to compete in a series of 18 hole competitions across Northern England.

In 2021, there will be 4 Majors taking place at the following venues: Teesside Golf Club, Matfen Hall Golf Club, Dinsdale Golf Club & Heworth Golf Club.
Each event will be using the Golf Genius Software utilising the Mobile app to score your round with live leader boards & modern technology to enhance your experience.

Each event will be played over 18 holes (white tees for boys & red tees for girls) with each event carrying Order of Merit points. For example, 1st place = 200 points, 2nd place = 190 points and so on.

The Tournament will split into a Gross and Net Order of Merit with the following divisions:

  • Under 14s Boys (Gross & Net)
  • Under 14s Girls (Gross & Net)
  • Under 18s Boys (Gross & Net)
  • Under 18s Girls (Gross & Net)

A total of 16 boys & girls will qualify via the Order of Merit for the NJGT Masters Grand Final taking place on Sunday 22nd August 2021 at Ramside Hall Golf Club.

To be eligible to enter you must be 18 years old or under on 1st January 2021 and have a WHS handicap index of 28 or below (boys) & 36 or below (girls) at the point of entry.

Please check our terms of competition (by clicking here) for further details about the events.

Do I need to enter all 4 majors?

No, but as this is an Order of Merit, the more events you enter the better your chance will be to qualify for the Grand Final at Ramside Hall Golf Club.

Each event costs £15 to enter and you can do that be selecting the relevant Junior Open you would like to play in on our website.
