- We’ll email you a returns label.
- Fill out the returns form that was enclosed with your order and place that inside the package.
- Attach the label to the outside and send it to us via Royal Mail.
- Don’t forget to obtain proof of posting.
- We’ll process the return/exchange 24 hours of receiving it. Refunds may take up to 72 hours to appear (depending on your bank).

Are delivery charges refunded if I return my order?

If I return an item that was purchased in a “multi-buy offer,” how much will I be refunded?
When returning one item from a multi-item offer, the discount will usually be split evenly across the items so you won’t receive back the full value of the product.
How long do refunds take to process?
Your return would normally take around 3-4 working days to arrive back with us. We process refunds as quickly as possible and you will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been processed. Refund payments can take up to 72 hours to show in your account.

We operate a no–quibble returns policy and if you return an item within 14 days of receipt.
These items returned should be in their original condition. Please remember not to remove any labels / barcodes or tags attached to the items, or dispose of packaging until you are sure you are keeping the items.
All goods will be inspected on return and we try hard to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
Just completed your order but changed your mind? No problem – you can return it under the Distance Selling Regulations. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel your order.

If you return any item purchased from the website within 14 days, subject to any damage to the product not being due to your negligence, it will be taken as a cancellation of your order, or relevant part of your order
Goods are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not be yours until the 14 day post-delivery period has expired.
When we receive returned goods, Northern Junior Golf Tour Ltd will refund you in full the amount you paid for them or offer an exchange, whichever you prefer. You must, however, return the goods to Northern Junior Golf Tour so that we can do this.
Northern Junior Golf Tour’s (NJGT) total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of goods supplied by NJGT to the customer. NJGT shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way. NJGT cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions stated on the website or on the garment. Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement.
